The Havaianas Australia Day Thong Challenge is happening again in 2011 on Australian beaches nationwide. Once again hundreds of people will be hitting the beaches on their inflatable Havaianas thongs to celebrate Australia Day in true Aussie style. 2010 was the year for West Australians on Cottesloe Beach, who broke the human chain record with 1301 participants out in the water...who will secure the 2011 title? People of all ages are being encouraged to take part and can register online at:www.havaianasthongchallenge.com.au The registration fee is $25 if you register online or $30 on the day and includes a Giant Inflatable Thong. $10 from each registration will be donated to the local Nippers
